Navigation Menu
Overview
The navigation menu is located on the left side of the application interface and is the main entry point for accessing all Huayang CMDB functional modules. Through the navigation menu, you can quickly switch between different functional areas and efficiently complete configuration management tasks.
Menu Structure
The navigation menu uses a hierarchical structure to organize functional modules:

| ├ Collection Points | Manage target devices and systems to be collected |

| License Management | View product license scope and validity period |
| User & Permission Management | Parent menu for user and permission management, containing the following sub-menus |

| └ Role Management | Define roles and their accessible features and data permissions |
| General Settings | Configure system-wide parameters such as mail server, maximum login attempts, and LLM model |

The menu adjusts automatically based on your account permissions — functions you don't have permission to access will not appear in the navigation menu, so you may see fewer menu items than listed above.
Feature Description
Expand/Collapse Sub-menus
- Click menu items with arrows (such as "Configuration Items", "Data Model Management") to expand or collapse their sub-menus
Collapse the Entire Sidebar
- Click the collapse button on the right edge of the sidebar to collapse the entire navigation menu into icon mode
- In icon mode, hovering over an icon will display a sub-menu tooltip
- Click the collapse button again to restore the full menu display
Current Page Highlighting
- The system automatically highlights the corresponding menu item in the navigation menu based on the page you are currently visiting
- When using global search, no menu item is highlighted in the navigation menu
